Handling of Proposals
KANEKA MEDIX CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may receive offers from individuals wishing to submit ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other proposals (hereinafter referred to as “the proposals”) concerning new products, technologies, designs, manufacturing methods, advertising, or marketing. However, as the Company also conducts its own research and development, it is possible that ideas independently conceived by the Company and not yet disclosed may coincidentally resemble submitted proposals, which could lead to a misunderstanding or dispute. To avoid such situations, the Company refrains from accepting proposals unless they have been specifically requested by the Company. In the event that any proposal is nevertheless sent to the Company, it will be deemed to have been submitted upon the sender’s agreement to the following terms and conditions.
- The Company assumes no obligation to treat the proposal as confidential.
- The Company is under no obligation to review, evaluate, or adopt the proposal.
- Even if any of the Company’s products, technologies, designs, manufacturing methods, advertisements, or marketing activities happen to be identical or similar to all or part of the submitted proposal, the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever, including payment of compensation.
